Cancellation Policy

• Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A 24-hour notice is required to avoid any cancellation fees.
• For same-day appointments, a minimum of 4 hours is required.
• For group or party reservations, a 7-day cancellation window is granted at the time of booking.
• If your appointment is not canceled within the designated notice period, 50% of the total service cost will be charged to your account.
• No-shows do not apply for any refund.
• Each reservation may be rescheduled once. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled, the cancellation fee will apply.
• Guests arriving late will receive the remaining time available within their scheduled appointment and will be charged for the originally reserved duration.
