General

Do I need to have a negative Covid test to travel between the U.S. and Mexico?

As of June 12, 2022, the United States no longer requires a negative Covid test result to enter the country, creating additional flexibility in travel between the States and Mexico. Mexico also does not require a negative test to enter the country prior to arrival.

Is the resort easy to get to?

Yes, Cabo offers direct flights from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and more… Cabo also offers a private airport within 8 miles of the resort. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged by Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa as well as rental cars.

Will I be near local attractions?

Yes, our central downtown location puts your group on the beach and short walking distance to upscale shopping, and the Cabo food scene. Colorful collectables are offered around every corner and tropical cocktails are abundant.

What should be included in the packing list for a trip to Cabo?

As with any beach vacation, sunscreen, water-proof shoes, and flip-flops are essential to enjoy the outdoors. If you are traveling during the cooler months a light jacket or sweater for nighttime activities. Always make sure to pack any medication that might be required.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

No, Cabo’s friendly locals are typically fluent in English or someone close by can translate. Every restaurant offers both English and Spanish menus plus the staff typically speaks English and are very accommodating.

We’re planning our travel times. At what time can I check-in to the hotel, and at what time should I check-out?

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. You can arrange for a late check-out if available by contacting the Front Desk at 624.143.91676

I can’t live without my WiFi – please tell me it’s available!

You are in luck; wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel. Even better – it’s included in the Resort Fee for our guests!

Do you allow smoking anywhere on the property?

This hotel is completely non-smoking. We do not allow smoking in our rooms, public areas, or the restaurant. This includes vaping.

I like to stay in shape while on vacation. Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, there is a fitness center on-site and available to our guests from 7 AM to 7 PM daily. Please ask the Front Desk for directions.

Is your resort an all-inclusive resort?

No, we offer eight different restaurants to sample the local cuisine and enjoy fresh sushi. Each restaurant offers signature dishes and craft cocktails that showcase regional specialties. Guests can enjoy dining on-site or take a stroll into Cabo San Lucas for more dining options.

Do you have room service?

We definitely have room service. We love to have our meals in bed or on the scenic balcony sometimes. It’s just so decadent and fun. Corazón’s room service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

I know you’re on Medano Beach, but do you have a pool?

Yes, we offer four pools – Corazón Infinity Pool, Rooftop 360 Infinity Pool, Wetbar Pool and the Adult Pool.

I want to chill out and relax. Do you have a spa?

Yes, we do have an on-site spa that offers salon services and full body treatments.
