One of our most meaningful initiatives is our collaboration with the Los Cabos Children’s Foundation through the “$1 Dollar a Day” program. This initiative invites our team members to voluntarily donate one dollar a day to support children with critical medical conditions in Baja California Sur. Director of Finance
Oversee all accounting functions, manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- A finance leader with at least 8 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting, including 4 years in a senior-level role.
- A detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Payroll, A/P, A/R, Income Audit, Credit, Cash Flow Management, and HOA Accounting.
- A natural coach with a proven ability to build and inspire productive, cross-functional finance teams.
- Proficient in financial systems, reporting, and analysis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- S. in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
