Jefe de Nominas
Misión del puesto:
- Procesar toda la información necesaria para el cálculo integral de la nómina, con la finalidad de que el Hotel Corazón Cabo & Resort cumpla con el pago oportuno y correcto de todas las obligaciones contractuales y fiscales.
- Responsabilidades Generales
- Revisión/Validación de Movimientos Afiliatorios.
- Descarga de Incapacidades – Reporte de estatus.
- Descarga de Reporte de Acreditados.
- Descarga de Avisos de retención, modificación, suspensión y cotejo contra el sistema ABRHIL.
Responsabilidades Específicas
- Recibir los reportes de asistencia del personal de los departamentos del hotel.
- Revisar los reportes emitidos por el sistema de administración de personal para comparar la información e identificar discrepancias.
- Cálculo de finiquitos, propinas, liquidaciones, PTU y demás procesos relacionados a la nómina de los colaboradores.
- Aplicación de las deducciones por conceptos correspondientes (préstamos, responsabilidades, ajustes, cuotas sindicales, etc.).
- Timbrado de nómina.
- Integración de cuentas contables por los registros realizados durante el mes, incluyendo soporte y evidencia de seguimiento posterior.
- Cálculo de contribuciones de seguridad social de los colaboradores y patronal.
- Resguardo y custodia de la documentación generada y relacionada a la nómina y contribuciones de seguridad social.
- Tramite de pago a CROC, Funerarias, Fonacot, Timbrasoft, Invercap.
Perfil del Puesto
- Requisitos Académicos y Técnicos
- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración o afín.
- Dominio del sistema ABRHIL o similar.
- Excel avanzado: fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, auditoría de datos.
- Idiomas: Español (indispensable), Inglés (deseable).
Experiencia Requerida
- 3 a 5 años como Jefe de Nóminas.
- Experiencia preferente en hospitalidad o turismo.
Subgerente de Recursos Humanos
Misión del Puesto
Mantener un ambiente laboral positivo mediante la administración integral del área de Recursos Humanos. Actuar como enlace clave entre la dirección, los colaboradores y las instituciones externas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, la legislación laboral y de seguridad social, y una operación eficiente y profesional del departamento.
Responsabilidades Generales
- Administración Laboral y Cumplimiento Legal
- Control y Ejecución de Nómina
- Gestión de Sistemas de RH (ABRHIL)
- Reclutamiento y Selección
- Reportes, Auditorías y Coordinación Administrativa

Responsabilidades Específicas
- Asegurar cumplimiento con reglamento interno y políticas de presentación.
- Participar en planes anuales de vacaciones y brigadas de emergencia.
- Coordinar con la Comisión Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene.
- Participar en reuniones y briefings departamentales.
- Elaborar presupuestos anuales junto con el Gerente de RH.
